Tony Emond

June 26, 1954 to February 15, 2020

Tony Emond – of Route 1, Monkton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday February 15, 2020 in his 66th year. Tony was a farmer at heart for 45 years. He came to Canada at the age of 18 and started full time dairy farming on his own at 20. Tony milked cows for 30 years and cash cropped the last 15. Loving husband of Julie. Loving father of Amy (Mark) and Sandra (Phil). Loving opa to 10 grandchildren. Survived by brothers and sisters in Holland and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in Holland and Canada. Following Tony’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private celebration of his life will be held at a future date. Spring interment in Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood.
