Roy Machan

Of Brussels, formerly of Monkton, passed away with family by his side on Saturday January 4, 2025 at Clinton Hospital at the age of 67.

Loving father of Josh (Emily Runstedler) Machan, Jared (Christina) Machan and Jess (Justin Stortz) Machan. Loving step-father of Tara, Cindy, Tammy and Steven. Beloved grandfather of Morgan, Chelsea, Nolan, Jade, Waylon, baby to be Royce, and 11 step grandchildren. Cherished brother of Gordon (Joanne) Machan, Russell Machan, Robert Machan, Gerald Machan and Bonnie Golightly. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Aldeen Machan, his brothers Larry Machan and Harvey Machan, brother in law, Wayne Golightly and sister in law Wanda Machan.

Roy was a proud owner of Machan Construction and Machan Farms with his brothers. Roy took pride in his work and worked hard his whole life. Roy loved a good party, dancing, hunting and fishing. He will be remembered by his family for being a very loving father and grandfather.

Visitation will take place on Thursday January 9th 2025 from 2-4PM & 6-8PM at the Brenneman Funeral Home 141 John St Atwood. A private family service will follow.
