Olive Shearer, passed away peacefully at her residence in Livingstone Manor, Listowel on Monday June 15, 2015. On April 6, Olive celebrated her 100th birthday with many family and friends. Beloved wife of the late William Shearer who predeceased her in 1997. Loving mother of Donald of Strathmore, Alberta. Special grandma of William and his wife Elizabeth, great-grandma of Lillian Annamae Olive and Maximus James Dirk, all of Alberta. Dear sister of Harold and Vi Johnston of Toronto. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents William and Ellen (Symnes) Johnston. Visitation will be held at Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382) on Thursday June 18 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Friday June 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
