Marjorie (Eckert) Orr

Marjorie (Eckert) Orr, of RR#1 Atwood, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday December 1, 2013 at the age of 84. Marjorie was a faithful member of Atwood Presbyterian Church. She worked tirelessly with her husband John on their farm and in her flowerbeds, but her greatest legacy was her love for her family. Beloved wife of John Orr, her husband of over 63 years. Dear mother of Sharon (Frazer) Diehl of Milverton, Karon (Brian) McIlroy of Gowanstown and Keith (Nora) Orr of Listowel. Proud and cherished grandma of Charmaine (Larry) Kestle of Sebringville, Crystal (Kyle) Wagner of Milverton, Trevor (Karen) McIlroy of Kitchener, Tim McIlroy of Wellesley, McKinley and McLean Orr of Listowel. Step grandma of Jim (Michelle) of Listowel. Great-grandma to Emma, Lacey, Kolton and Carter. Step great-grandma to Zach, Jenna, Nicholas and Tyson. Dear sister of Isabelle (Harvey) Willoughby of Stratford. Predeceased by her parents Eldon and Annie (Ballantyne) Eckert. Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Tuesday December 3, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Marjorie's life will be held at Atwood Presbyterian Church on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
