Mabel Nigh

February 1, 1915 to December 30, 2007

Mabel passed away peacefully at her residence, Countryview Retirement Home, RR #3 Listowel, on Sunday December 30, 2007. She was born 92 years ago in Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Horace and Anna (Kolb) Longacre. She was the beloved wife of the late Royden Nigh. Mabel will be remembered by her sister Edith L. Yoder of Delaware U.S.A. and by many nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters. A funeral service to celebrate Mabel's life was held at Countryview Retirement Home on Monday December 31, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Fred Lichti officiating. Following transfer to Spring City, Pennsylvania, a funeral service will be held at Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge Street #6, Spring City (610-948-7666) on Friday January 4, 2008.
