Lillie Peachey

November 2, 1954 to December 20, 2008

Lillie passed away suddenly at Victoria Hospital, London, on Saturday, December 20, 2008. She resided in Brussels and was born 54 years ago in Listowel, a daughter of Lillian (Diamond) Illman of Mitchell and the late Frank Illman. Lillie was a member of the Listowel Horticultural Society. She was an animal lover and especially enjoyed caring for the beautiful roses in her gardens. Lillie will be remembered for her caring and personal service at Zehr's Pharmacy in Listowel. Beloved wife of Tony Peachey whom she married in 1971. Loving mother of Richard and his wife Donna of Brussels, Jerry of Monkton, Matthew and his wife Karie of Guelph. Special grandma of Cassidy and Dawson. Dear sister of Rose White, Fern and Paul Maedel, Ross Illman, Bob and Barb Illman, Ted and Judy Illman, Joyce and John Deslippe, Donna Gropp and friend Clem and Neil Illman. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her brother Douglas. Lillie's family invites relatives and friends to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home 141 John Street, Atwood, on Monday December 22 from 5-8 p.m. and on Tuesday December 23 from 3-7 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Richard Hryniw officiating.
