Janet Kroesen

Janet Kroesen – of Monkton, passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday October 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Janet was a retired insurance broker and Commissioner of Oaths and enjoyed knitting, sewing and reading. Beloved wife of Klaas Kroesen whom she married on March 23, 1966. Mother of Jennyfer Simpson (Fred Moffat), Hugh (Lana) Simpson, Christine Simpson (Michael Sesto) and Victoria Simpson. Grandmother of Amy Simpson, Stephanie Simpson-Yates (Tyler), Candice Simpson, Fred Moffat (Jenn), Schuyler Moffat and great-grandmother of James, Kate and Peyton. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and best friends Joyce McLaughlin and Shirley Linton. Janet was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her parents John and Mabel (Schade) Partridge, sisters Wilma (Clarence) Connelly, Marion (Ken) McNaught, and brothers Leonard (Doris) Partridge and John (Dallas) Partridge. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood. Interment in Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood.
