Goldie Stevenson

December 18, 1928 to April 18, 2022

Goldie Stevenson passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Monday April 18, 2022 at the age of 93. Goldie was a former head cook at the Salvation Army in Kitchener for many years. She enjoyed sewing and cooking but especially cherished the time spent with her family. Beloved wife of the late Gord Stevenson who predeceased her in 1987. Loving mother of Doug (Linda) and Paul (Lisa). Cherished grandma of Austin and Faith and their son Kolt, Cassidy and Ryan, Shyanne and Adam. Fondly remembered by her brothers and sisters Ivan (Jean) Fischer, Betty Knight, Maxine (Barry) Wicks, Gerald (Martha) Fischer, Sharon (Robin) Jenkins, sister-in-law Donna Fischer and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Ethel (Ward) Fischer, brother Roy Fischer, sister Shirley Kraehn and brother-in-law Ross Knight. A private family service and burial will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, Breslau.
