Betty Lou Rennick

July 9, 1953 to April 15, 2020

Betty Lou Rennick – of Monkton, passed away unexpectedly at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday April 15, 2020 at the age of 66. Betty Lou liked doing crossword puzzles and playing games on the computer. She enjoyed drinking her morning coffee with her “Coffee Cluckers” and had a special friendship with each of them. Betty Lou loved time spent with family and friends, especially the annual trip to the cottage with family. Beloved wife of Ross Rennick whom she married in 1969. Loving mother of Sandra (Troy) Smith, Angela Pestell, Heather (Rob) Vance. Special grandma of Tyler, Jaiden, Wade (Steph Alexander), Jared, Carrson and great-grandma of Xavier. Remembered by her sisters Sharon Pengelly, Marion Colquhoun, Brenda (Bill) Burkholder and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Joanne Broughton, Bette (Bill) McNaught, Dale (Bev) Rennick, Kathy Rennick (Drew Reader). Fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents George and Cora (Hulley) Broughton, son Ernest Ross in infancy, son-in-law Terry Pestell, brother Bob Broughton, brothers-in-law Don Pengelly, Wayne Colquhoun, Ray Miller and sister-in-law Donna Miller. A private family gathering will be held at Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood, with interment in North Logan Cemetery, Monkton.
