Austin Curran of Monkton, passed away suddenly at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday August 4, 2013 at the age of 65. Austin enjoyed spending time golfing, fishing and in the shop tinkering. Beloved husband of Pauline (Broughton) Curran whom he married in 1967. Loving father of Jamie and Mary Frances of London, Mark and friend Becca Hymers of Atwood. Special grandpa of Matt, Nicholas, Kaye-loni and her daughter Paizley, Justin and Taylor. Brother of Gladys and Herb Luschtinetz of British Columbia, Ernest of New Brunswick, Casey and Donna of Alberta. Fondly remembered by mother-in-law Mary Broughton of Milverton, brother-in-law John Broughton and fiance Linda of Madoc and many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his parents Vincent and Ella (Lewis) Curran and father-in-law Jack Broughton. In keeping with Austin's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
